Request deletion

Email hello@nydigital.co.in with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include your name, business name, phone number and enough information for us to identify the relevant account or interaction.

Verification

We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and prevent an unauthorised deletion. Do not send passwords, OTPs or unnecessary sensitive information.

What happens next

• We acknowledge the request using the contact details supplied.
• After verification, we identify eligible data controlled by NY Digital.
• We delete or anonymise eligible information and confirm completion.

Exceptions and third-party data

Some records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, contractual, accounting or legal obligations. Information controlled by a customer or third-party platform may need to be deleted by that controller or through that platform’s own process.
